The iPhone 12 series is expected to have up to 6GB of RAM. Apple plans to release a 5.4-inch, 6.7-inch and two 6.1-inch iPhones by 2020, according to UBS analysts Timothy Arcuri and Munjal Shah. Analysts expect all four iPhones to be equipped with OLED displays, but they say other features, such as camera sizes and RAM, will vary by model. A UBS survey of more than 9,000 consumers in the US, Germany, Japan, China and the UK found that 22 per cent of respondents thought 5G support was worth upgrading smartphones.
